"Flynauts LLC was a great team, and I enjoyed working with them. The owner was extremely hospitable and professional. Everyone I worked with was super friendly, so I had a lot of fun during the process.
The documentation I provided wasn’t as detailed as I wanted it to be, so the team went out of their way to help me with the ideation process."

Elaine Cordova1 StarI feel dumb, disappointment and frustration.
In September 2, 2021 I entered in contract with Flynaut after meeting Shadab and an interm ceo Richard Popovic over zoom multiple times. After handing over my money, it seemed like all communication lines with Flynaut got increasingly difficult.
A high turnover of project managers was the norm, missed deadlines, non-fuctional programming, ultimately losing me money, event opportunities and credibility.
I will be seeking a full refund of $37,858.29. The proposed 5-month completion timelines has been ongoing for nearly 19months at the point I sent the contract cancellation and refund request letter.
Flynaut continued to draft payments from me even though clause 7 of the contract states that the client payments should be halted in the even that Flynaut delayed the project timeframe by more than 6 months.
I did good faith efforts and tried to coordinate meetings and create documents, the whole 9 yards to get them to progress on the app. I hired a project manager of my own to take over in January of 2023. She agreed with my sentiments about Flynaut and noted some overcharged hours on small changes throughout the project, making excuses as to why they can’t meet and taking longer and longer to finish things.
It became increasingly evident that they had no intention of delivering the product they had promised.
Then in April 2023, we come to find out that my app has been being hosted on a cpanel server meaning unsecured and ive been paying for a secure aws server. We find this out because my sms and email got hacked and 40k plus emails were sent to people in india, acting like a bank that needed updated information. So not only did I have to pay for those communications to go out but it aided in taking money away from people.
After finding more and more reviews, fake portfolios, multiple companies in other states and a slack channel with 16 other founders also with the same exact story-I had realized that Flynaut was nothing more than a group of scammers preying on unsuspecting customers like myself.
The CEO of Flynaut, Shadab Rashid, was overly nice in the beginning and looking back now, I feel stupid thinking he was interested in mentoring me or helping me. There were many signs I see now where he gave himself away.Wednesday 17th April 2024
Wellness Spoiled (Danette Penrod)1 StarI have been working with Flynaut, LLC for nearly 20 months. The initial contract for them to develop my self-care mobile application was initiated on 8/4/22. The agreement was for Flynaut to design/develop, per the scope of work, my self-care mobile application on with a launch date of February 14, 2023.
As of March 29, 2024 my mobile application has still not launched. Throughout the process I was promised time and time again that the app would launch. When that day would come and go, I was always given an excuse followed by another promise of a launch date. On 10/16/23 I received an email that “We are almost done with more than 90% of the project. These are just the last bit, and we will try to complete it as soon as possible. And I’ll get a date by tomorrow.” I never received a date and shortly after my second project manager left the company. Since then, November 2023, with my third PM and no one left in the company from when I initially signed onto with Flynaut, my project has gone in reverse. I’ve had to provide content and feedback to correct items that were already complete in versions up to 8 months prior. At one point, I even got a response saying that all my proposed changes were out of the scope of work and would take additional time and money. Only after I was able to point out that my scope of work covers everything I’ve been asking did they start redoing/recreating work that had already been done prior.
Throughout the process I remained optimistic and excited, always being proactive and compliant in sending any necessary info needed to keep the project moving forward. On multiple occasions I asked for more frequent meetings as I started getting suspicious that the only time my project was being worked on was the days when I had a Zoom meeting with my PM. I also remained current on my payments, as my goal is to have a completed mobile application, I did not want to be in breach of contract, and I had no reason to believe that Flynaut would not provide the finished application… eventually.
Along the way, starting in April 2023, I asked to have my monthly payments paused until the app launched, to show in good faith that they were going to launch the app sooner rather than later. I was basically told that if I stopped/paused payments that they wouldn’t work on the project. Now that I’m over a year past the agreed upon launch date, I’ve requested compensation in the form of reducing the amount of total payments owed to Flynaut. I was told that in lieu of reducing the amount owed that Flynaut would give me 100 extra developer hours as well as 3 months of marketing free of charge, however the addendum to my contract was supposed to be delivered to me on March 5, 2024 and I never received that.
At this point I cannot trust that anything Flynaut says or does to be in my best interest. They have defrauded me out of over $40K and I have nothing to show for over 20 months of time and work.
I have requested on multiple occasions a reasonable timeline with a launch date. NEVER RECEIVED
I was promised an addendum to my contract. NEVER RECEIVED
I have requested the billable hours spent on my project which would include the date, what was done, and who worked on the project. NEVER RECEIVED
After multiple conversations with the partner/CEO Shadab Rashid, and promise after promise with failure to deliver, I’ve concluded that Flynaut, LLC is a running a scam.
I did my due diligence and research on Flynaut before entering into a contract with them and I was unable to find anything that would raise red flags. Now that I’m nearly two years and over $40K into the process I’ve learned some BIG RED FLAGS: such as them claiming to be a US based company out of North Carolina, yet there is no one occupying the business address. The address on my Master Service Agreement and Invoice(s) is different than the address listed in the BBB profile. And the fact that none of the original employees (two located in the US) or sub-contractors (based in India) that were on my project are still with the company.Friday 29th March 2024
Rajneet Singh5 StarBest company to work with, you will get permanent WFH and flexible work culture which is hard to get in other organizations. Though I joined as an experienced resource but I can see lots of new things which I need to learn here and that will help me to enhance my skills, Colleagues and Management are very supportive. I am happy to be a part of Flynaut. I wish a best of luck to the company and all the members of Flynaut.Friday 9th September 2022
gonzalo corbo1 StarVery bad experience and disappointed with this company. Drag us 10 months still yet complete the apps but contract said 3-4 months.
Even boss engaged also useless, can’t being present the work outcome, I being cheated by this company.
I do have the conversation between us and this company, I can show your guys if your guys really want to see.
They are promise anything before contract sign, after signed then attitude is different, very hard to get reply from them.
If they want to claim the further payment from us then will show very aggressive attitude to give unprofessional artwork.
Please take note this company is bad, worst, horrible staff, slow reply and cheated!
Please don’t engage this company!! It will drain your account balance without delivering any good work.Thursday 7th March 2019
Sebastian Uprimny2 StarI want to give a fair review of our experience with Flynaut. Note that I am not giving 1-star, because at the end, we did receive an all right website, but I hope this helps in you taking an informed decision if dealing with this company. We hired them to rebuild our company website.
The Good: Initial Sales People (in this case Shadab) is great. Very responsive, kick off meeting went great, very professional, and all starts well. At the end, they did deliver (although after a year of back and forth) an acceptable website.
The Bad: As soon as you pay the initial 50%, they assign you a Project Manager. And from here, things really slowed down. First, it seems to me that the PM is not local. She had an accent hard to understand (kind of when you call to a customer service oversees), but more critical, this person didn’t understand what we needed. Our project manager spent endless hours trying to correct same things; they would correct something, and undo something else. This went for months and months, until we had to reach out to Shadab, who ‘apologized’ and tried to solve the issue. The truth is that if you are expecting to work with someone who really understands your needs, this might not be your company. As I said, it was like dealing with an offshore company, which in our company, we tried to avoid.
The Ugly: And here is where things got interesting. After project was completed, my wife (who was overlooking the project) left a fair review of what happened. INMEDIATELY, Shadab called her, apologized and offered a 50% refund as a good gesture. We, as a small company, we thought it was a fair offer based on the money we internally spent trying to get the project done. But guess what, that money, after a full-year, never arrived. A couple of months ago, I reached out as owner of the company, and asked about the refund. He said that they would only honor a 25% refund, and then Shadab started arguing that our Project manager was very satisfied with the end-product and sent us a screenshot, and even cced his lawyer so we would not leave a negative review. And guess what…refund was never processed.
At this point, I just feel it is fair with potential clients they are aware what our experience with Flynaut was.Wednesday 4th September 2019
