Mirna Salmon1 StarI was promised I would receive my cards within 5-7 days, it has been 10 days and I have yet to receive anything. Needless to say, my account was debited right away. Had the hardest time getting a hold of someone. Left message for the founder, and have not heard back from her. I was finally able to get someone on the phone Ian answered and he told me they just had a promotion and are overwhelmed with orders. My question here is, if you don't have the infrastructure to service your clientele. What kind of business are you running, and why are you having promotions you cannot keep up with?
