My spouse and I just got home from a multi-day all class reunion with 400ish attendees. Paschal Events was the backbone that kept us all enjoying ourselves every day in Charlotte - from a large catered dinner to more casual events around town, Pascal Events was there ensuring we were all well fed and entertained the entire time. They took care of the details so we could enjoy catching up with each other. Cannot wait to see what they help us come up with the next time our school gets back together!

Paschal event planning did a terrific job. Beautiful setups, wonderful food, wonderful planning for our high school reunion for about 400 of us. I had a wonderful time and would use them again. Thanks a bunch for your hard work.

The success of our recent event at the Charlotte Convention Center was due in large part to our partnership with Paschal Events. The staff is incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the convention center and nearby area. While they were primarily stationed at the registration desk, they were happy to volunteer if we needed assistance in a different area. Many attendees commented how smooth registration was this year (during our peak registration hour, each kiosk handled a check in every 6 seconds on average!). As guests came up to ask questions regarding where a particular room was, the staff was quick to give an answer that would assist the guest with easily locating the room. They required minimal supervision - they did need to ask us some questions because it was impossible to tell them everything we know about the event - and it was so amazing to be able to work on tasks while at a 4,300+ person event because they were able to easily handle their duties. Pricing is incredibly reasonable and Bryan is so easy to work with (and extremely patient as we had countless edits to our staffing schedule through various iterations). They have set the bar on event temp staff and my only worry is other temp agencies in other cities won't be able to measure up!

Pascal Events is the real deal, and I would recommend them for any event. Bryan Pascal is great to work with and really helped in guiding us in the planning. He's been in the business a while, and he was able to answer any question I threw at him, and was able to provide insights to avoid any calamity the day of the event :) He makes things happen, and we will definitely use his company again.

Organised some great events for our high school reunion. A dinner dance and bbq in Charlotte, North Carolina. Great memories and experiences. Totally recommend the services. A++++
