Ashley is passionate about what she is doing.She is always prepared with ideas for our website, how to better it, and how to increase the visibility and the marketing for our offices. She has been ahead of me, asking to meet and prepare information for me.She has adjusted our website to meet the different changes in the season. She has basically exceeded my expectations from her, and I am very appreciative for her.

We engaged Practis to build a new website for a large physician group client. Due to the size of the group, the provider directory required a unique approach and was fairly complex to build. The Practis team worked with us to design a solution that worked for the providers and their patients. Additionally, they have worked with us to create a fairly seamless way to post frequent health news content on the site in a visually-appealing fashion. Finally, their SEO work seems to be driving additional traffic to the site.

Stay away from this company. Terrible customer service, constant turnover of website project managers. They trap you in a contract and bill you for services that aren't provided. The website design is basic, and it is a struggle to design and modify the site following their initial build . The owner John Pettrone will be the first to call and sell you on the product, to give the impression that this is a small, hands-on business and he will be involved throughout your time as a customer; then you will never hear from or deal with him again. I was told that I could stop using their SEO and marketing, hosting services at any time, now that I paid for the website to be built, and they subsequently have made it very difficult to cancel my service and have continued billing me despite not providing any service for the last several months. 1/31/2023 update: I happened to call the billing dept to obtain a "90 day cancellation form" to cancel my service, and John Pettrone (owner of Practis) answered the phone and explained that he was covering for the receptionist out on lunch. I think this anecdote is very telling.

I initially set up this web site in 2010 with the help of Practis and had it optimized by them in 2018. This has been the best thing I ever did for my practice! The bulk of my patients find me through internet searches and appreciate the professionalism reflected in this site. Practis has been awesome and their product is practice changing!
