Kendra Jones5 StarTown Square Interactive has managed my website for a few years now! I have never had any issues with them. I love that they are local to my area as well as all over the country.
They make amazing websites along with advertise for my business. If I want to change or add anything to my website or advertisements, they are right there to redesign or add anything that I desire.

She made everything easy to understand and our video conference was actually fun! Alicia Dobbins1 StarThis company is a complete nightmare! They charged my fiance $1,500 up front and promised him that he would be on the first page of Google within a week, it never happened! They promised him that they would make him pages across all social media and it never happened! He called to let them know his concerns and customer service was completely rude, and all around nasty! He called to report the behavior of customer service and was told that "the manager was out!" And "there was nothing they could do." He called and spoke to another person through customer service to get a call back about a refund, and he never got a call back. He had also called and asked for a refund due to empty promises and them not following through with what they should've done, and he was told that they can't do refunds because they said his services were "fulfilled", and that is absolutely not true! This company is horrible, and a complete scam! I recommend looking around for a different company and/or just doing it on your own, because this company will cause nothing but a headache, and an empty wallet. If I could rate less than 1 star, I definitely would!Monday 29th April 2024
GHP Limo5 StarResponsive and Professional. Everyone on that team has been great to work with. We were coming from another web host provider that we hardly could ever reach, let alone get responses to questions we have. We were lucky if we got an automated response and certainly never any follow-up! Townsquare has been a breath of fresh air. We asked for some minor updates to be made to our website, we received an email immediately letting us know someone will be working on it. Same day we got an email stating the work was done. Then a follow-up email from one of the specialists (Erin Aurelius) to confirm if we were satisfied with the changes AND provided a direct contact number in case we needed any other updates.Saturday 20th January 2024
